Job Title: Business Development Manager – Office Fit Out

We currently have an opportunity for a dynamic and professional sales professional to join a well established commercial office interior, design and build, fit out organisation. He/she will be an experienced business development manager or senior field sales and be based in London or the Home Counties. Extensive sales experience within the office refurbishment / office interiors market place would be a distinct advantage.
Role: This is a field based role requiring weekly visits to the London office and would suit a professional who lives in London or the Home Counties.
Job Description: The service offered covers a full turnkey office re-fit, interiors solution and design service.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional who is currently selling internal office fit out concepts. You will have an understanding of work place and space requirements, building regulations and an aesthetic appreciation of the clients expectations.
You will work closely with your internal support team and 3D Designers within a structured environment
Salary: The Salary offered is £40,000 to £60,000 commensurate, plus commission, Company Car, Mobile and Laptop.
