Account Manager – 2D/3D POS

The Opportunity
This is the chance for a talented individual to join a dynamic provider of 2D/3D POS to global brands as an Account Manager.
This wholly owned business has invested heavily to ensure that they are at the pinnacle of technology for innovative print solutions – predominantly POS.

The Role
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining the client relationship. You will ensure that all client communications regarding job status and project time lines are delivered to the team while managing their satisfaction levels. You will attend regular client review meetings to confirm all KPIs and SLAs are being maintained and have overall responsibility for the profitability of campaigns – making sure they are produced on budget and on time. You will drive the success of the team and be a spokesperson for your company whilst working onsite with the client.

The Required Skills and Experience
It goes without saying that an Account Manager will be tenacious, driven, confident and professional but, as the successful candidate, you will also have experience of working on volume Retail POS campaigns for high end brands. You will be confident working in a fast paced environment within strict time frames, be innovative and ready to contribute to the success of client campaigns. You will have a strong technical knowledge of both 2D and 3D POS, an interest in the way your sector is developing and a real passion for your work.

Salary
As Account Manager your salary will be £30,000 and £37,000 commensurate. You will be encouraged to advance your skills and achieve a structured career path with a number of opportunities for promotion.
